The PTO Expense Reimbursement Form can be completed online with reimbursement payment options of Check or Zelle.
Alternatively you can download the PTO Reimbursement Request Form PDF and submit, along with receipts, by emailing [email protected] or by dropping it off in the PTO mailbox at the school office.
