We will be hosting an auction to raise funds for the PTO. Email [email protected] if you can contribute something to the auction – anything from a gift basket to $10 that we can combine into a gift card would be great!
FAQ
What does the event cost?
The event is free! There will be dancing, music, games and more! However, food and drinks will be available for purchase.
In addition, we will be having an auction and have other items for sale at the event – these are fundraisers that allow the PTO to provide this event for free and support the work the PTO does at Trace!
Will there be food?
Yes, we will have some food for purchase – pizza, nachos and drinks.
What is the dress code?
Your Hawaiian best! Any fun tropical designs and semi-formal attire are encouraged!
What grades are included?
TK-2nd graders are invited to the 3-5pm dance, 3rd-5th graders are invited to the 6-8pm dance
What is a “VIP”?
Students can bring one adult. We’re combining the old Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances. But your VIP can also be a grandparent or other important VIP Adult.
Can I just drop off my student?
No. We’re not watching the students, this is planned as a family event.
Can our whole family come?
No, this is really planned as one adult per student.
I have multiple TK-2nd graders at Trace, can 2 adults come with them? What about if I am the only one who can come with my multiple TK-2nd graders?
Yes, of course! Both options work!
If I volunteer at the event, can my student bring another adult?
Yes, thank you for volunteering! We understand you would need another adult to be with your children.
